Privacy Policy

Short version: Happy Little Canvas runs on your device. The drawings your child makes stay on your device and in your own photo library. We do not collect, upload, sell, or share your drawings or personal information, and we do not use analytics, advertising, or trackers.

What the app does with your data
- Photo library. With your permission, the app saves finished drawings to your device's photo library. It does not read or upload your existing photos.
- Drawings and settings. The current drawing and the app's settings are stored locally on your device so they survive a restart. They are used only to run the app and are not transmitted to us.
- Sharing. When you choose to share a drawing, it is handed to your device's own share sheet (for example to Messages, Mail or a printer). That happens under your control and only when you tap Share.
Information we collect
None that identifies you. The app has no user accounts, contains no analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not send your drawings or personal information to us or any third party.
Subscriptions and payments
Happy Little Canvas offers a single subscription. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never receive or store your payment details. Apple and Google process this information under their own privacy policies. To manage or cancel, use your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Children's privacy
The app is intended for family use and is set up by a parent or guardian. It does not require an account and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Drawings remain on the device under the account holder's control.
Third parties
The only third parties involved are Apple and Google, solely for processing your subscription. We do not use any other third-party services that receive your data.
Your choices
You can grant or revoke photo-library access at any time in your device's Settings. Removing access will limit the app's ability to save finished drawings but does not delete pictures already saved to your library.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the date above.
