Common questions

My drawing won't save to Photos

The app needs permission to add to your photo library. In your device Settings → Happy Little Canvas → Photos, allow access, then finish a picture again.

Does it work offline?

Yes — once installed, painting, finishing, saving, printing and sharing all work with no internet connection.

Which brushes are there?

A plain brush plus spray paint, crayon, chalk, neon glow and rainbow, with an adjustable brush size, undo and a clear button.

How do I save, print or share a drawing?

Finishing a picture can save it to your Photos automatically (a parent setting, on by default). To share or print any picture, tap the share button at the top — the system share sheet includes Print and Save Image.

Can I change the app's language?

Happy Little Canvas automatically uses your phone's language (English, Dutch, Spanish, French, German, Italian or Portuguese). To use a different one, open Settings, tap Language, and choose it from the list — or select “System default” to follow your phone again.

Is it suitable for young children?

Yes — it's designed for little hands: big touch targets, calm colours, no reading required, a reduced-motion option, and no scores or failure states. A parent sets it up once and hands it over.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open the app, go to the subscription screen and tap Restore purchase while signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account.
